Service process:
1. Pre-sales:
Establish user files, contact customers, introduce the technology and equipment of the factory, understand user needs, recommend corresponding equipment, implement test materials and relevant technical preparation, and improve technical parameters.
2. On sale:
Provide users with relevant drawings and technical data, coordinate the installation and construction of users' equipment, and inform users of the production speed and quality. Ensure the synchronization and coordination of user engineering progress and equipment manufacturing. Handle emergencies and maintain good communication with users.
3. After sales:
① Send personnel to the user to guide the installation, and be responsible for debugging until delivery.
② Be responsible for the operation and maintenance skill training of users' relevant personnel.
③ Provide spare parts with good quality and price for a long time.
④ The warranty period of the equipment is one year. If the equipment is damaged due to the quality of the equipment within one year after the acceptance, it shall be responsible for free maintenance. If the fault is caused by improper operation, it shall be charged with the cost of production, and the 48-hour service maintenance shall be implemented, that is, the user's question must be answered within the first 24 hours after receiving the user's message. If it cannot be solved by telephone, it shall be rushed to the user's site within the next 24 hours to solve the problem.
