Usually, after the atomizer frontier needs to work for a period of time, it is necessary to remove the material liquid distribution plate, atomization plate, guide shaft and other parts for cleaning. The guide bearing is slightly scratched and can be polished with fine emery cloth. If there are serious scratches, they should be replaced with new ones. Frontier usage time (first shift is 96 hours, second shift is 48 hours, third shift is 24 hours). The use time can be appropriately extended when the water distribution tank is cooling.
5.When disassembling and assembling the atomizer disk and other parts, special care should be taken not to bend the main shaft, and the nuts fixing the atomizer disk must be tightened to prevent loosening and falling off.
6.New oil needs to be replaced once a month. When replacing, remove the atomizer plate and casing, unscrew the oil drain screw on the upper end of the machine, drain the oil, wrap the oil drain screw with raw material tape and re-screw it, and add about one kilogram of new oil, but be careful not to exceed or fall below the oil level line.
