1 .The outer surface of the wear-resistant nozzle is a cylindrical surface, which fits into the cylindrical hole of the atomization disk body. However, in order to fix the nozzle on the main body of the atomization disk, the outer surface of the nozzle is usually bonded and fixed in the cylindrical hole of the atomization disk. It is very difficult to replace the nozzle after it is worn or damaged.

 2. There is a certain gap between the wear-resistant nozzle and the main body of the atomization disk. When the atomization disk is in use, high-speed water flow continues to wash away the gap. The gap gradually expands and deepens, and the nozzle is easy to fall off. In the worst case, the main body of the atomization disk may also break.

 3. In order to prevent the nozzle from falling off when the atomization disk rotates at high speed, an annular step surface is usually provided in the hole where the atomization disk and the nozzle are fitted, and the position of the outer end of the nozzle is restricted through the annular step surface. This structure makes it very difficult to process the step surface with a smaller diameter hole, and it becomes difficult to process the atomizer disc main body.
