In working condition, the centrifugal atomizer requires stable operation at high speed. Therefore, during the installation process, the tower top flange should be kept horizontal, and Xi'an pads and teaching pads should be added between the flange surfaces to prevent it from vibrating. At the same time, special attention needs to be paid to daily maintenance. The lubricating oil selected for the atomizer nozzle needs to be high-speed mechanical oil. At the same time, the centrifugal atomizer should check whether the lubricating oil height is at the normal position of the vernier scale line.
When starting the micro-spraycentrifugal atomizer, pay attention to whether the oil supply is normal. If the oil pump does not supply oil, it should be stopped immediately. 3. The working source should be kept dry and clean. The user should install an air source filter pressure reducing valve between the air source and the centrifugal atomizer. If there is any abnormal sound or severe vibration during use, the machine should be stopped immediately to check the cause. It can only be used after it is normal.

Under normal circumstances, after a centrifugal atomizer has been used for a period of time, if it is scratched, it should be removed and cleaned. Serious scratches can be polished with fine gauze. Parts should be replaced after long-term continuous use. It can be cooled by a water tank, which appropriately extends the service life. Vi. Special attention should be paid to the disassembly and assembly of the atomizer plate and other parts. Do not bend the spindle. The left nut used to fix the atomizer disk needs to be tightened to prevent it from loosening and falling off. This oil needs to be refreshed monthly. When replacing, remove the atomizer plate and outer cover. Try to remove the oil drain screws at the lower end of several valve seats. After draining the old oil, wrap the oil drain screw with raw tape and screw on the new oil again. Be careful not to go above or below the oil level line.

The high-pressure pump generates pressure spray, causing the wet material to be sprayed out from the nozzle. The inner surface of the nozzle is made into a spiral groove, and the outlet has a cone angle of about 70°. The wet material will rotate along the small groove, forming a spiral circular motion, and be ejected from the cone-shaped nozzle at a very high speed. Droplets of wet material are elongated and thinned, forming thin wires that break into droplets. The higher the spray pressure, the smaller the nozzle diameter, the smaller the mist droplets, and the larger the water droplets, the worse the situation. In this case, it is necessary to set the nozzle and monitor its working status at all times to ensure that no water droplets appear during the spray process.
