The discharge holes of conventional atomization disks are rectangular, waist-shaped, round, etc., which have the advantages of fast discharge speed, good atomization effect, thin spray liquid film, and small atomized particles. The main body of the atomizer plate is made of 304, 316L and other stainless steel materials. For spraying strong acid materials and other highly corrosive materials, titanium alloy and pure titanium materials can be used. For high temperature and high corrosion environments, Hastelloy can be used. The outer diameter of the atomizer disk ranges from Φ50-Φ300mm. The inner hole of the atomizer plate has been ground by a precision grinder and has the characteristics of high smoothness and tight integration with the main shaft. It is finally calibrated by a precision dynamic balancing instrument before leaving the factory.
