Service process:

1. Pre-sales:
Establish user files, get in touch with customers, introduce the company's technology and equipment, understand user needs, recommend corresponding equipment, implement sample and related technical preparations, and improve technical parameters.
2. On sale:
Provide users with relevant drawings and technical information, coordinate the installation and construction of user equipment, and inform users of production speed and production quality. Ensure synchronized coordination between user project progress and equipment manufacturing. Handle emergencies and maintain good communication with users.
3. After-sales:
① Send personnel to the user to guide the installation and be responsible for debugging until delivery.
② Responsible for the operation and maintenance skills training of user-related personnel.
③ Provide long-term spare parts with high quality and good price.
④The equipment has a one-year shelf life. If the equipment is damaged due to the quality of the equipment itself within one year after acceptance, it will be repaired free of charge. If the failure is caused by improper operation, a cost will be charged, and 48-hour service maintenance will be implemented, that is, the user's questions must be answered within the first 24 hours after receiving the user's message. If the problem cannot be solved on the phone, the user will rush to the user's site to solve the problem within the next 24 hours.
