High speedCentrifugal atomizer operates smoothly at high speed, so during the installation process, the flange surface of the tower body and the upper end of the atomizer should reach a basic level, and a rubber flange gasket must be added between the two planes to prevent vibration. The maintenance of high-speedcentrifugal atomizer requires attention:
1. The nozzle should be lubricated with high-speed mechanical oil.
2. Check whether the lubricating oil of the centrifugal atomizer is at the normal position of the dipstick line.
3. Is the oil supply normal? If it is found that the oil pump is not supplying oil, it should be stopped immediately, the sleeve pump should be disassembled or replaced, and it can only be used after the oil supply is normal.
4. In order to extend the service life, it is recommended to use two centrifugal atomizer rotation. Often the borders of the atomizer require work - after a certain period of time, it is necessary to remove the material and liquid distribution plate, atomizer plate, guide shaft and other parts for cleaning. The guide bearing is slightly scratched and can be polished with fine emery cloth. If there are serious scratches, they should be replaced with new ones.
5. When disassembling the atomizer disk and other parts, please be careful not to bend the main shaft, and the nut fixing the atomizer disk must be tightened to prevent it from loosening and falling off.
6. New oil needs to be replaced once a month. When replacing, remove the atomizer plate and shell, loosen the oil drain screw on the top of the eagle head, wrap the oil drain screw with raw tape after draining the oil, then retighten the oil drain screw, and then replace with a new sleeve of about one kilogram, but be careful not to exceed or fall below the oil level line.
