"Continuous high-temperature bypass smoke evaporation" has been widely used in 2019, although there are clear technical shortcomings, such as: the wastewater treatment capacity is limited, the atomization nozzle is easy to damage; if the high-temperature smoke evaporation is continued in front of the air preheater, the larger the smoke extracted, the greater the coal consumption, the lower the generator set, and the limited wastewater volume. But the flaws are not hidden, this processing technology is especially suitable for power plants with small wastewater volume.

"Crystal multi-effect evaporation or ultra-low temperature smoke extraction" technology overcomes many problems such as the relatively high cost of "softening + membrane concentration" technology and poor load impact resistance. It also overcomes the problem of "continuous high temperature bypass smoke volatilization" to solve the problem of low water flow. For power plants with relatively large amounts of desulfurization wastewater, the operating and usage costs are low, and the system software is simple, making it popular among community owners and environmental protection equipment companies.

As the Zero Discharge of Desulfurization Wastewater process technology becomes increasingly mature, the Zero Discharge of Desulfurization Wastewater processing technology is gradually developing towards a technical route that is simple and stable, has low operating costs, and is water- and energy-saving. Power plants with a small amount of wastewater generally use the "continuous high-temperature bypass smoke and dust volatilization" technology line. Power plants with a large amount of wastewater use the "crystal multi-effect evaporation or ultra-low temperature smoke and dust extraction + continuous high-temperature bypass smoke and dust volatilization" technology line. These are two popular process technologies in China at this stage. They are economic development, green and environmentally friendly process technologies. Of course, fully considering the uniqueness of our country's water resources and power plant standards, promoting and promoting zero-discharge desulfurization wastewater technology that is suitable for my country's basic national conditions still requires scientific research, design, equipment production and application, etc., to continue scientific research, gradually improve, and keep pace with the times.

In recent years, the exploration and application of "zero-discharge" technology for raw coal power plant wastewater has fundamentally solved the severe environmental pollution caused by sulfates, chlorides, suspended solids, metal ions, COD and other pollutants in the high-energy-consuming desulfurization wastewater of power plants. China Guodian Hanchuan Power Plant is located in the middle and lower reaches of the Han River, a main tributary of the Xiangjiang River, in an environmentally sensitive area of ​​the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. As one of the first companies in my country to implement zero-discharge wastewater, China Guodian Hanchuan Power Plant has built the country's first zero-discharge operation project for a million-unit raw coal power plant to achieve safe operation. The developed zero-emission process technology based on membrane technology has become a more stable and reliable zero-emission technology currently in use.
